Oh how things have changedI recall it vividly. The burnt and scarred young girl, sprinting anxiously through streets and alleys. Yes she was running, from who? Not as much as a who as a what. If one's past is considered a what. Just running without destination, her eyes scarred by the awful image of her mother and fathers distorted faces after they were scorched to bloody, odorous, blackened remains. She cried out in agony, coming to the dead end of an alley allowing herself to throw her fist at the brick wall as angrily and hard as she possibly could. Tears already streamed from her eyes and would not falter, but she gritted her teeth hard against the bone-cracOh how things have changed
